Motorola moto x style voice commands

Hi guys, 2 days ago, I bought moto x style. I already watched a lot of teps and tricks videos, but all of them has a different moto vioce settings. On my phone I don't have "Assists" in moto voice settings. The second think is, then I can't set up function tap and pay. Thank for respond.
