Help Motorola triumph Black screen! HELP!

Yesterday i was texting, everything was ok, i send a text to my gf rea quick, look up to play skyrim, and then look down, screen is blank. I did not drop it, did not get it wet, nothing. the phone was still on because the 4 buttons would light up and stuff, i want to do a hard master reset or something but since my screen is black i cant do anything

Did you try and get into stock recovery I assume you are stock. Pull the battery ,hold the power button for ten sec. ,then hold power and volume up and down. Those three at the same time. Try that a few times.

I just had the same problem on my triumph(backlite is not working) i ended up having to call and get a replacement sent to me
