Help Movies on the Incredible

I have been trying to load movies on my phone but am having problems.
I am using DVD to Droid. I converted the movie and then put it on my SD card. When I put the card back in my phone I get an error message and says the card is blank. When I open the card it has all my music and the movie, I don't get it...the movie shows as mp4 audio not video.
What am I doing wrong? Should the movie go on the internal memory and not my memory card?

1. What size of the sd card are you using?

2. Theres a new media player that plays most movies format...its called RockPlayer. Look it up in Market. I used to convert movies too and some .Mp4 files dont play. But this new media player is very good...plays .AVI and .DIVX

3. I have about 25 movies on my sd card so its fine on the SDcard.

I have a 16gig card. Do you mount the phone to your computer with the sd card in it or just put the sd card in the computer. What program do you use to convert did's?

I do both sometimes...mounting and using the card reader. I used Total Video Converter and Any Video Converter. But i stopped converting ever since RockPlayer came out lol
