Help moving a paragraph up in email.

I can do almost everything but move text up. I will show you. I have read manual, and everything I can find.

OK, this is a new paragraph.


Here is my problem, how do I move this line up to the line above so there is no space between them. I'm sure there is a simple way, but I have spent hours trying to accomplish this is an ( I can't make the below line up to this line)
ordinally simple task.

BTW, did you try backspace?
