msm_otg wakelock question

Running totally stock 4.0.4 and in the quest for better battery life I installed BetterBatteryStats. Nice app. It shows that my phone never goes into deep sleep. The lowest CPU frequency it goes to is 384 MHz, not 192 MHz which is deep sleep. BBS also shows that I have a constant Kernal Wakelocks of msm_otg, msm_otg_connection_kit and msm_hsusb_hose.0, All three of these wakelocks which I assume are related are on constantly and I think is why my phone does not deep sleep. I have googled these wakelocks and many have reported finding them but no where can I find what app or setting they are associated with or how to deal with them. Any help would be appreciated. Any chance you figured this out? My Sprint Galaxy S3 has been doing this ever since I upgraded to the official Jelly Bean.
