MT65xx Preloader and SPX-5_3G

When I plug my phone into my PC, it keeps saying "FOUND NEW HARDWARE WIZARD" and wants to install two software: SPX-5_3G and MT65xx Preloader.

Do you know where can I find the below two software/application?

1) SPX-5_3G

2) MT65xx Preloader

The information on my phone and my PC are as follows:

- - My PC running Windows XP Professional
- - My Phone is BLU Studio 5.3
- - My phone is running Android 2.3.5
- - My phone has Baseband version MAUI.11AMD.W11.37.SP.V4.F1P1
- - My phone has Kernel version 2.6.35.7
- - My phone has Build number CT 20111217-145231

Your help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

had the same problem solved it by doing three things

1.) inserted and SD Card

when to GO SWITCH WIDGET SETTINGS
this is where you can turn off and on some of your most used stuff like battery indicator, time out setting by toggle the button

I turned on SD Mass and SD UNMOUNT now i can see what's on the SD CARD by going to MY COMPUTER and OPENING THE E: DRIVE WHICH IS THE PHONE
