I've had my phone for about two months and I listen to Pandora often (as well as other downloaded music). All of a sudden the quality deminished - Low Low Vocals and can only hear certain tones in the tracks. I first thought it was the earbuds, so I purchased a new pair and have the same issue. So is it a bad 3.5mm Jack? A software problem? I'm at a loss. A Samsung rep said to purchase a "authentic samsung earbuds" (of course), but it's obviously something to do with the phone and not the earbuds. Sprint said they'd charge me $35 just to look at it. I have SquareTrade but a $50 deductible. Hopefully i can figure it with someone's knowledge. Please Help!
