Multiple apps in Google Play store

I've logged into multiple Google accounts and can switch between them in the Play store. However, I accidentally installed several apps using the wrong account. I would like to associate them with the other account.

I've uninstalled the apps, switched accounts, and reinstalled the apps. However, since they're listed in the history of the first account, when I install them again (even though I'm logged into the 2nd account), they just associate with the first and do not appear in the 2nd account's apps list.

How do I fix this? It seems like Android fights me at every turn and this is getting very frustrating.

An easy fix here would be going into settings>apps>all apps>google play store and select to clear cache/data.

There doesn't seem to be a Settings-> Apps path. In Settings, the only mention of appss is application manager, which is not correct.
