Multiple Schedule App

Are there any good Multiple Schedule Apps out there? I work for an event-planning organization and we need an app that allows us to post and mobile-update multiple speakers' daily schedules.

Seen anything like that?

Have you tried using Google Calendar? You can place the speakers in the calendar and share that calendar with as many people as needed. You can give them rights to change or view the calendar.

I was wondering how to add a Calendar Like Google calendar or the one that comes with Galaxy S3(not sure what that one is called) to a app that im making which is for my class... I need a class roster button and calendar button and have others that will be included. Is it Possible to get Google calendar add it to my app and make mods to it? Thanks
