Music help needed

Hi all,
This is my first post so pleeeeease be gentle LOL
I'va had Blackberry, HTC, Windows phones in the past that all use SD cards, I've just bought a Tblet PC (Novo 7) running Ice Cream Sandwich which seams pretty smooth but what I can't get my head around is the storage card, when I put my music on my SD card I have to go through a file manager app instead of the music app on my home screen, once in the SD card I've made a Music folder which I then open & pick the album I want to play but when I do it only alows me to play one song at a time, is there something i'm doing wrong?

Ditch the stock music player and get a much better one such as PowerAmp or Doubletwist. PowerAmp pro is the best music player in my opinion.
