MXQ problem

Can anyone help? When switching on my MXQ box it asks connect your charger. There is a box underneath to enter a password. The blue light is on.

I have the same problem. My MXQ was working fine until I tried to hook up a webcam. Now I'm stuck on a screen that says "Connect Your Charger". The screen shows a keypad and and the time. Hitting the home key on the remote does nothing. Removing the webcam didn't help. Neither did rebooting the unit. Can anyone help?

No one responded so I did a factory reset of the unit and had to reinstall everything. It's working again but what a pain to have to go through that.

No. I did the full factory reset. If the problem recurs, is there another solution?

I am having same issue with connect your charger lock screen, then the box turns off. I've tried reset, that did nothing at all.... HELP!!

Put the remote in "mouse mode" and click the 'X'.

I found the solution to been stuck on Miracast:
First the password is 1234,
Second, go to home in android box or device,
Go to settings, or android settings, security or screen lock, put pin 1234,
Then for security lock change it to none, this exactly same if you have put slide or password. Restart the box and test.Good luck.
