Help my 2nd DX just died # 3 ordered GRRR

first x camera and camcorder and back button did not work....2nd one after 3 hours the bottom half of screen goes crazy with scrolling lines running all thru it...verizon store said ..hmm never seen that before. sad because i love this phone, i hope the 3rd one is the freakin charm !!! if not i give up and maybe try fascinate....don't know what else to do
