My Android could not connect to the internet

My name is Osita Godson, i live in Nigeria. i bought a "T-Mobile HTC Android phone, since then, my Android phone could not connect to the Internet.

please can you guys help me by sending me the configuration that will activate my GPRS/WAP/INTERNET on my T-mobile android phone here in Nigeria.
