Too bad this sucker ranges from 1800-4000. Not rooted or overclocked. Stock and regular apps. It is definitely true what people say about the Snapdragon processor, huge range in performance.

    OVER 4000 stock, woot!

I've noticed that too. My friend has the T-Mobile version and his runs between 2400-3700 and it's never really consistent. Really doesn't hurt performance though, although it's a bit more 'choppy' at times than my International version with the Exynos processor. Mine is usually in the 3600-3900 range every time without overclocking. Of course, when I overclock it to 1.4 Ghz I get up to 5000.

Updated. I think this might be the highest value for any S2 that is running stock.

Running stock software? Or stock normally clocked software? :)

This is what I get with my slightly overclocked GS II. (Exynos International Version)

Stock software and normally clock. No modifications. Just quadrant and a few work apps.
