My exchange server requires a passcode -- how change it so I don't have to enter it as frequently?

I added my work email exchange account to the stock email app that came with my Note2. My company requires me to enter a passcode into my device in order to use exchange email on it. This means that if I enter the code and turn the screen off and turn it back on again 5 seconds later, I have to retype the passcode.

Is there a way to change this so it is less frequent? On my iPhone I had to do the same thing, however, I was able to set it so that it only prompted me for the passcode after about an hour or so of inactivity.

Thanks.
