my galaxy s2 is on and off by itself

hay..
its my last chance to ask here about my problem..
itz been about 4days since my galaxy s2 start on and off by itself
i dont know what to do!!
my SD is not working these days so i use phone memort and every thing inside!!
i thought its my battery 1st and i bought n charge new one..but every thing is the same..
i tried to connect it on my laptop so i transfer sth from it but it didnt happen coze kiess need to get agreement from the phone to open in pc but my phone never reach the menu part and it restart again...
then i tried to push the 3 puttons n i got the anddoid system recovert <3e>

reboot system now.....i tried it...nth happen
apply ubdate from sdcard...i tried it ...nth happen
wide cache partition....i tried it...nth happen
wide data/factory rest...didnt try it yet...coze i got Q


n my Q here is...


what will happen if i did (wide data/factory rest)??
what will happen for my storage?
i mean..phtoes..and every thing in galary?



ps: everything is shown as:
copying media files..
successfully cpoied media files
manual mode
updating application..
successfully updated application
appling multi-CSC..
installing multi-CSC
cpoied the packages
cant access to / system / csc/ XEU/system/,
successfully applied multi-CSC


plz..help
 
First thing, if the phone is continually restarting, I think you might have a stuck or broken power button.

If it is a hardware problem, then a factory reset will not fix it. That said, a factory reset SHOULD not do anything to your user files stored internally. What it will do is remove any installed apps and wipe all user account data.

Even so, I would make sure you have tried to backup as much or your files as possible.

I would still try and back everything up to a PC before resetting, even though you files shouldn't be affected.

On the chance it is a service or app that is making your phone restart, then a factory reset would fix it. However, if it is a hardware problem and your phone tries to restart itself in the middle of the reset process, it could render your phone completely unusable (bricked). In that case, you're photos most likely will be lost.

for those who r facing the same issue as mine




i press (wide data/factory rest)
n it deleted the apps n make the phone new
but...eeeeeeevery thing in media stay the same




on the other hands...i lost the contacts numbers
but its not a problem for me coze i have them on my laptop
n most of them i can get them from my whatsapp with my groups




so
the summery is
if u choose it
u will lost apps n cotact numbers
but media in gallary will stay




this is my experiance


n i hope it will be usefull for some ^^
