    Been getting a MAJOR run around from Sprint the last 3 days or so. Last month I was trying to get my reception issues solved by Customer Support. After several phone calls they ended up sending me another Moment to swap for to see if that would get me better reception. Well, what it got me was an extra 500 bucks added to my bill cause they "said" they didnt recieve the other phone back IN TIME, when I sent it out 2 days after I got it. Now THEY HAVE THE PHONE, but yet they are STILL charging me for it. I found out that when they mean 15 days to return??!! They start counting days from the day THEY ship it, and they count WEEKEND days too! Anyway, I REFUSE to pay this charge. In fact, i plan on telling them that if they are CHARGING me for the 2nd phone then I want it BACK. So I may have 2 of em for sell!

    ANyway, Im done ranting. If you guys are interested, let me know.

    I say sell it to an sdx developer or someone who could put it throufh good use

    That is TOTAL BS(which I am sure you will agree)!!! I'd write Dan@Sprint.com(CEO Dan Hesse) and tell him your plight. Since you've had the phone less than 30 days--if you are a new customer--you can take advantage of their 30 day money back guarantee and get your money back.

    By writing Dan Hesse someone will call you back and discuss your issue with you(of course be sure to include all your contact info).

    Ok I found out as of yesterday (16th), that all this time they have been telling me that they received the phone on the 26th of march that they actually DIDN'T! I was told by a manager that they got an EMPTY package (meaning no phone inside)! I then contacted the fraud dept. And told them what was up and since I still had the original box with all the numbers for that phone, I reported it stolen. The fraud rep traced the phone and told me that the phone is actually activated and being used. So following his advice I contacted the police and filed a report. My next step is to file a complaint with the USPS, who shipped it. I am gonna get to the bottom of this. I WILL NOT, pay this crap! Thanks for the email for Dan too, I may put that to good use.

    the same crap happened with my "buyback", the rep said the package was received but the phone was not "checked in", this has been going on since december and still no credit to my account.
