My phone clicks when I calling

I bought a Experia Arch 3 weeks ago but it seems to have a lot of problems. The newest problem is it clicks when I calling. if I shake my hand it clicks even more! Anyone have this problem? Also,the camera not available quite often The phone stop charging if I touch the wire and speaker is too quiet!
Please help!!

If you just bought it, and are having all those problems, take it back to where you bought it, its broken.
