Help My phone randomly "unlearned" all my words

For no reason I can tell my phone suddenly lost all the words I use on the regular. Any ideas what happened? Haven't updated anything or did anything I'm aware of that would cause that. And it seems like it isn't relearning them. So shit becomes shot and so on. Not a huge deal, but still somewhat annoying since it doesn't seem to be learning them again. Ducking annoying. Lol

Did you ever find anything out? Mine did the same thing I guess a couple of weeks ago and it's driving me crazy. I go to settings and I can't find where to change it.

Sadly I haven't figured anything out. I downloaded SwiftKey and everything has been awesome!! Now my phone has been saying sim card not detected and restarts. It's been happening constantly. I kinda wanna spike my phone. I backed it up every way I could think of and I might wipe it and see how that goes
