My phone won't charge properly

My phone came with two 2500 mah batteries. its called a cubot a8809. its not very well known. Anyway, I've had it for at most 3.5 weeks and It started to tweak with the charging. First of all it has a lot of trouble charging. And when it does charge it takes FOREVER. it takes 2 hours to get it to 60%. and the highest it's ever been charged to since this problem started arising is like 70%. this has been going on for 4 days now. Also it loses battery really quickly. The other battery just won't charge

Well.. I guess you will need to get new batteries. Getting batteries from a well known company is smart because they should be higher quality and last longer.
Have you checked if they spin on a smooth, flat surface?

You mean if I were to spin the actual phone batteries would they spin? If thats what You mean, i can try it..
Would it necessarily fit tho, like what company would you recommend. Ii dont know if you looked up my phone but it kind of resembles an htc one x. Kind of

Yeah. If the batteries spin, then that means they are inflated and should get them replaced.

Oh, that's the model of your phone... My bad. I thought that was the model of your battery.

I honestly don't know. I've never seen your phone before...
Maybe you can try googling what kinds of batteries would fit in your phone

also, you have to like readjust the position of the usb so tha tit can hsow you its charging. You think that could also be a reason, the usb port on the phone?

This could be any number of things. From bad batteries, bad battery connection, bad charging cable, bad USB port on phone or device charging from. When I've had problems like this, I start trouble shooting from the least expensive and work my way up. Is your phone new or used when you bought it?

My phone was new actually. I bought it from one of those cheaper wholesale chinese websites. That was probably a mistake but it worked well for up to this time.
