When the stock Android media player is playing a song, if you tap the album art box, you will discover that the Droid X has a visualizer for your viewing pleasure.

Stumbled across that earlier. If you long press the visualization you can make it full screen and change between different visuals!

Is there a way to rip this onto another device? Say, the evo?

Yeah, great if you want to either get a headache or a seizure.

Epileptics are a perfect example Epilepsy can cause seizures...visualizations are like strobe lights to people like us (myself included). A perfect trigger...yuck. Do not use!!!

Ok I'm running the leak, is there something different about this than 2.1? I get the visual when I press the album art, long press gets me to line of different ones, but still no full screen - I've checked settings while its moving but still nothing. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

I found the visualizer a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I really like the visualizer, but since I use mixing because it has an equalizer, I have to make a choice: equalizer or visualizer. I chose the equalizer. Wish we could get a media player with both.

Since visulaizers just suck up our precious battery juice, I never even look at the stock one. I did ones, saw it as an interesting novelty, and then never looked at it again.

If I could uninstall mine, I would since I;ll never use it at all, and it is just taking up space or ram.

Did they remove the full screen screen option on 2.2?
