Need a "bridging" app.

I just got one of those flytouch ripoffs. I fixed up the kernel a bit and removed the unwanted Chinese apps. I bought it for two reasons:
1. RJ45 port 2. VPN capabilities.

Here are my questions: I need an app that allows me to bridge my wifi signal, giving/sharing access to the internet to a computer (with no wifi) connected through the RJ45 nic port. Anybody heard of one?

I also need a solid VPN app. I looked at Cisco any connect, but I think that's just for their enterprise connectivity for webconferencing and cisco call manager connectivity. Are there any apps out there for this?

Your thoughts?
