need advice to make my application

Dear all, i want to make an application for my php website
example: like facebook application, the website made using php and other programming languages...


i have now a php website containing forms and user enters his personal information and i insert it into database

so i want to know how i can make my website as an (apk) application using dreamweaver cs5.5 or dreamweaver cs6??
