I recently sent in my Behold II to Samsung for repairs and upon return, it is still exhibiting the same symptoms: color banding, screen lock up and no images upon booting. After speaking with a customer service rep they claimed that extensive repair was done but the only noticeable difference was that they flashed the original 1.5 firmware back on the phone.
