Need help asap please

    Hi everyone,

    i dunno if there anything on this forum concerning this problem as of yet mainly because i have only just signed up.

    just wondering if anyone has had the problem with the sony ericson xperia X10 with calls dropping out continuously, we have two of the same phones and they are both doing it, we have gone to the shop and exchanged them for new ones and now the new ones (which are only a couple of hours old might i add) are dropping calls also. which is very annoying :mad:

    question is has anyone found a solution to this problem or are we just going to have the same problem if so we will get new phones yet again

    Maybe you should try calling your carrier. Talk to tech support, and they can open up a case. They will send an engineer out to your location and check the signal strength.

    Obviously if 4 phones do the exact same thing, its not the phones....

    i have the SE Xperia X10 and my carrier is T-mobile in the UK and I have never had any problems with the calls dropping out as above check you signal strength i would get a coverage map from your carrier .... Hope this helps Colin
