I know it can be done being that the behold 2 has a msm720 USB controller. I tried looking into porting in on my own. Need help implementing psgroove.ko or psfreedom.ko into the kernel.

By the way, PSGROOVE and PSFREEDOM are hacks that allow you to install homebrew on your 3.41 updated PS3.

    Thanks in advance.

the 3.4.2 firmware is not really an issue, simply don't update and then use the DNS trick to go online. The real problem would come when Sony release games that require 3.4.2 to work!

The DNS and Logan5 tool has just stopped working. And the 3.42 requirement shouldn't worry about. So long as the hack works on something then ps3 developers will find a way to work around. Sony will never win against the hacking community. Its only a matter of time until there is a non-patch-able hack.
