I haven't had a small business activation over 7 months and now the management is on me. I just don't understand now with the Uncarrier, what are the benefits of activating a Small Business plan instead of a regular personal line when the monthly pricing is exactly the same on both of them?
To activate a Small Business line you have to do it over the phone and sometimes it gets frustrating when you have to fax documents and they take 45 min to an hour to respond back only letting you know that they need more documents.
Any advice/tips you guys can give me?
