    So me and some friends (From Android Forums) are Making a site and we have a live help center. So I thought It would be cool to also make it a Help Center for the Ally. So you can join it and then one of us will support you via the chat center.

    You can Join here. Noodle Software > Support - Be sure to include something about ally when your filling out the quick form.

    Also if anyone skilled here is interested in being a support representative just PM me or Join the chat and tell us.

    We already have an IRC channel for these types of things with a good bit of people providing help to those that need it.

    Ok, and your alternative I guarantee will have less knowledgeable people and only one on one support. Unless you have devs lining up to not get paid and help noobs all day

    Let me get this straight... You looked for help in the IRC channel and didn't resolve your problem so you created your own help line chat? I'm sorry but I don't want advice on fixing my phone from someone who couldn't fix their phone with the help of knowledgeable people.

    Me and 3 devs man the thing.

    If you guys dont like the idea you dont have to post. And I prefer you dont if its just going to be a bash.

    I would like to say that I wouldn't recommend using this childs support line. The IRC channel has people in it almost 24/7 ready to help and diagnose problems.

    Edit: Who are these Dev's? I'm sure the people would like to know who is helping them via your site.

    And what exactly do you consider a "dev"? The ally community only has 2 real devs, Trident and Drellisdee and I doubt either of them are on your "team"

    Just went into his support chat with a mock support question and he checked my IP to the board which seems like a breach of privacy if you ask me.

    I really don't appreciate my IP address being given to children on the internet.

    Actually the question posed is not fake. Its a problem I was trying to resolve for a member that I have been kinda stumped on. GRZLA relayed the conversation via IRC and I will have to say Michelle had a bad attitude and an accusatory tone from the get go.
