Help Need Help!! My HTC Magic phone gets hang after HTC Magic Screen

hello there, anyone can help me regarding on my HTC magic phone.
Actually my phone was brought from China and it was in Chinese language so had to set it in English language. so i dun know where i clicked. Then i turned off the mobile and then turned on the phone it, it gets hang on the welcome screen "HTC Magic". I don't know whether its hang or not but the phone does not start at all. So what must i do to run my mobile correctly. Please help me on this....

What kind of ROM you are using?
