Need help! Putting icons from internet onto Droid!

Hey, this is the first time I'm attempting to put icons found on the internet onto my droid. I dled the icons onto "My Documents" and about half were .ico, so I converted them using MooO. I then docked my Droid and saved them under a new folder called "Icons"...I think this is where I made a mistake...I have bettercut, and when I went to change icons when in bettercut the icons didn't come up...duh.

SOO, how do I get the icons I dled into bettercut so that I can use them?

Thank youuuu, please respond, I really wanna do this!

P.S. When I look at the icons (from my pc) some of them have a white grid in the background, will this show up once put on the Droid, if so, how do I fix?

Thanks...

Well, after some serious google searches, I found out what I was doing wrong...

1. Unzip icons into a folder called "Icons" on your SD card.
2. Download Bettercut for 2.99 on the Market.
3. Open Bettercut, choose "Edit Shortcut"
4. Pick the shortcut you want to choose
5. Click "Change Icon"
6. Choose PICK PICTURE (not icon pack)
7. Find the photo, select it then hit create
