Need help w? Lg l38c. Stuck on lg logo after i choose to update software.. Wont turn back on!!

I have recently rooted my LG L38C also did the cwm and tried to do a custom theme but it wouldnt work.. i never thought anything happend but today when i was on the internet on my phone a screen popped up and asked me if i wanted to update the latest software version and i accepted. and it turned my phone off and tried restarting itself and never did. it just stays on the LG logo screen and doesnt do anything. i have tried to do the "hard key combo" to factory reset but that wont even work. i just dont know what to do. and i also want to know if i can fix this without using a PC, only using my phone? can anyone help me???????? i dont have any other phone so i have to fix this pieccccccccceeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
