Need help, Waiting for sd card to mount loop

I was trying to install a new ROM onto it using ROM manager, it got stuck in Clockworkrecover v4.0.0.5, says: waiting for sd card to mount counts down from twenty and restarts. Is there anyway to fix this (I cannot get into download mode do anything using volume/power buttons)

My phone is SGH-t959d
