Root [International] need help. wiped phone and now cant download some apps from the store

I wiped my phone its a HTC now I can't download some of the games I had can't play them from fb and can't even download Google play store

htc "now" ? never heard of that flavor of model.

how did you wipe the phone? WHY did you wipe the phone?

what ROM is on it?

what is the latest update?

how long have you had the phone?

can you side load the apps? do you at least see the apps in the app store?

if you are in different parts of the world. some apps may not be avail across all countries...

I bought it from a friend and it was running slow this is my first android phone so I'm not sure but I can remember how u wiped it
