Need help with restore

Okay, I have a Cricket ZTE Score. I rooted it, and went a little crazy deleting pre-existing apps to free up some space. I deleted some pretty important files I guess, because I can't download a single thing, and my home button doesn't work. I'm not sure what it was that I deleted though. I factory reset my phone, but it doesn't bring anything back that I've deleted. How can I get all my original files, apps, and settings back?!
I was thinking maybe I could put my SD in another phone, download some sort of stock ROM on it, and then boot my phone from that file on the sd? Ahh, I don't know.

Please tell me that you made a backup before deleting files?

Flashing a new rom will probably fix the issue though...

That's the problem, no backup.

I tried flashing a new rom just now. But it said signature verification failed, and i know i can disclose signature verification with clockwork mod, but i can't download anything! Is there another way to disable signature verification?
