Root Need help with rom manager

Im trying to install BBVo6.1 through rom manager and everytime i try to boot into recovery through rom manager it gets stuck on the M logo for about 5min then reboots without going into recovery, I have tried reflashing recovery and still no go. any help is greatly appreciated.

I also tried booting into recovery manually and I just get sent into a bootlooop. The M logo stays a few min then screen goes black, M logo pops up again and then the phone boots up to my original version of BB

Nevermind, I reflashed clockwork again and turned SetCpu profiles off, I think my cpu profile might have been sending me into the bootloop, The cpu profile was set to 250mhz when the screen is off and it was set on boot. Can anyone tell me if this may have been causing my problem or do you think it was reflashing clockwork. The reason I ask is because I had recovery flashed already and it worked fine yesterday. This stupid kernel I flashed does not agree my Droid at all.

Yeah sounds like a kernel issue to me. Load up several on your card and flash each of them until you find one that works Good luck
