i have now a new ZTE V 9 ,

android : 2.2.2
BASEBAND : V9B01
KERNEL VERSION : 2.6.32.9-perf
build number : V9_GENERICV1.0.0B13

i need to make upgrade systems , room and kernel version and the android version
i like to install a best and full room
