Need To UNLOCK DESIRE, where??!?

    Hellow i see a lot of sites, but where is the best price, for desire produced after may, and real companies that do it. I dont whant to loose more money in this things. My HTC is from ORANGE SPAIN. can you recomend some site?

    maybe im being dim but which is the iso to burn to cd, is it the file called HTC desire unlock v.9.0.5.exe ? or is it the folder named htc desire unlock v0.9.5

    The iso to burn to cd is the one that says;
    Bootable linux cd (obsolete!): HTC_Desire_Unlock_v0.2a.iso

    it says obsolete, but this is the one i used to unlock my Desire.

    you can just use the windows exe now.

    I tried using the .exe in the link you provided but it didnt do anything well it did, i ran the .exe and a command prompt popped up saying "this app only works with the following device"

    HTC desire
    HTC sensation

    my phones the deisre so not sure why it not picking it up

    you probably havent got the drivers installed and are not booted to hboot/fastboot

    try the cd method by the person who posted above
