Need to unroot and install firmware without firmware

I have a LG Connect 4G and it has Clockworkmod 5.8.3.1 installed on it. However, I have no firmware on the phone. I was trying to install a stock firmware on my phone, but all the methods required usb debugging mode or my computer to detect my device as usb storage. Neither have worked so far. Basically, I need to find a way to install stock firmware on my phone using only the sd card, phone, and the CWM menu. Any help or a link to an exsting guide would be great. I've spent so much time looking for one and failed so far.
