Root need to unroot help

My speaker blew this morning and I need to unroot to send it in. I seen the video but its from 2010 is there a new way to unroot or will that method still work.

Thank you for the help. When I format the sdcard I do that with the card in the phone and its under the sdcard setting right

Do it from a computer, has to be formatted to fat32.
Mount the sd card on your computer, right click, click format, select fat32, UNCHECK quick format.

***make sure you are formatting the card, not the internal storage, this will erase all your data, so copy the contents to your computer if there is anything you want to keep***

***the unroot process also completely factory resets your phone so make sure you have all the data off your phone backed up***

Thank you so much for the help!!! I got it unrooted and now I can send it back for a warranty replacement. I did forget one thing though, I didnt move my titanium backup folder over off my sdcard. Now I lost all of my angry birds progression LOL.
