Seller seems fine, and $4.99 is about right for a neo case, why it look like a rip off?

I'm not sure about those ones but most of the neoprene cases on ebay are knock offs, you can get the real deal by calling HTC customer service and ordering one for 14.99 I believe.

who cares if its a knock off? if its neoprene and has the little android guy.. it's as good as the original IMHO.

That's how I got mine. 7 dollars for the case plus 7 for shipping. Took a while to get it and their emails didn't have tracking info or anything but it did come eventually. Awesome case, fits quite well.

The phone number for HTC accessories or whatever it was is in a thread somewhere on this forum.
