Has anyone had the Error message when trying to play a movie: Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. I have uninstalled and re installed the updates (wished I could uninstall the app completely but it's pre loaded by Verizon), cleared the data/cache, and logging in/out. I have emailed Netflix and that hasn't helped. I may have to reset the phone but I wanted to make sure I have exhausted all options. Thanks.
