Netflix 1009 ErrorSupport

    Has anyone had the Error message when trying to play a movie: Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. I have uninstalled and re installed the updates (wished I could uninstall the app completely but it's pre loaded by Verizon), cleared the data/cache, and logging in/out. I have emailed Netflix and that hasn't helped. I may have to reset the phone but I wanted to make sure I have exhausted all options. Thanks.

    Are you by any chance using a dock when you get that error? From what I've read about that code it seems to be the only constant. I use an HDMI cable directly to my tv and have never had any errors. Could also be a server issue with Netflix.

    Not using a dock. It's weird - works fine on my tablet.

    Update: since I updated my RAZR to ICS, I have no issues with my Netflix app. It's great to be able to watch movies again :)
