Netflix/Blockbuster/FIOS/lack of DRM

What's the issue with the Incredible and DRM? Anyone know if this is something that is going to be addressed.

The new Fios Flexview that allows you to watch on-demand stuff does not yet work on the Inc (though they say it may be coming soon).

Blockbuster is not available.

I assume that unless this is addressed soon, we won't get the netflix app that is being released at the beginning of the year.

I know drm is an ugly word, but it would be nice to have some of these options. As it stands now, there is no legal way to watch a movie on this phone.

There is an app called mspot movies, you can watch movies on it. I got it form the market but have never used it. If you really wanna watch a movie, that might work for ya.

If the iPhone comes to Verizon I may switch to it just for Netflix...unless a nice Win Phone 7 device appears
