Netflix not installing properly, cannot repair?

    Yesterday my wife and I purchased two new Galaxy S2's (T-mobile). As we were exploring different features, she attempted to use the Netflix app that came on phone. She was prompted to update and when she touches "Accept and Download" she gets an error message "Error: your order is processing, your item will be ready in a few minutes." It's never "ready" and never downloads. She has downloaded other apps since with no error. Since it came on phone I see no obvious way to completely uninstall the app and attempt to start over. Has anyone heard of this? Is there a fix? Should she return the phone?
