Help "Network connention failed" when screen on by pressing power button

When ever i press power or home button to unlock galaxy s2g screen it display "Network connection failed" error. It looks like some application try to access network on phone i try application to check background network connection but only default system services using connection. Maps network location is also disabled, please guide me to solve that solution.

I have exactly the same problem and trying to find a solution, it is very annoying that this comes up and what is trying to access my internet on power up?

Did you have any luck is resolving this?
