New app idea: punctuation in notification bar

When using google voice typing there are problems with punctuation input, and for non english languages punctuation is not available at all. If one could sweep down from top and have quick list of puntuation symbols ready to touch and input into text field it would help. Other solution would be puntuation overlay over google voice typing. At present all this space is a waste serving only for "touch to pause"

Please, write such an app somebody.
