Root New Desire HD rom

This rom looks very nice for rooted phones.

There are some early versions available over at xda but they are like beta at the moment, camera don't work but it is a fast rom.

It's because it doesn't actually turn off but goes into hibernation...I'm going to be trying the ROM later on tonight or over the weekend as it looks nice

There are 3 roms at present, the following 2 are flashable

I have this rom as a nandroid back up, used it all day yesterday, it is very impressive work from HTC, had to change back LeeDroid though couldn't do with no Cam. As soon as it is fixed, i will be flashing it.

Good choice of rom to line up though, i keep checking every day for one that works with the camera.

Does the camera work on AuraxTSense now, I looked at the release notes and it says fixed camera on revision 2.1b. So I assume it is.

LeeDroid 2.1a is great for me at the moment, but this new HD looks great. I love the hibernation option.

I`m switching between Neophyte`s HD rom and Leedroid`s v 2.1a. For pure style and smoothness i love the HD rom...for stabilty and general use i depend on Leedroid.

Running LeeDroid 2.1a at the moment and finding it my perfect ROM. Will be flashing to the HD ROM when they get the camera issues fixed as it does look lovely
