New feature for a stopwatch/countdown app

Stopwatch/countdown/possibly even alarm clock app that:

Allows you to set a date/time for a countdown. (3/30, 2PM)

Or allow a time interval for a countdown. (4 Hours, 30 minutes, 45 seconds from now)

Have an alarm (of your choosing) go off when the countdown terminates.

Allow you to view time left on multiple countdowns

Also have integrated stopwatch w/ lapping capability

Black background for all of us who work in the dark so often would make it super cool.
