    I am a new HTC Incredible user and am having difficulty syncing to Exchange at work. I downloaded Touchdown and that still doesn't seem to help. I've gotten various errors, each of which I have investigated, but still nothing. I am running Exchange 2003 SP2. Seems a lot more difficult to do this than it was with the Blackberry Storm I used to have. That said, I love my new phone!
