    Hey, just registered.

My name is Will and i am a first time Android owner. I jumped on the HTC EVO when they were available from Sprint and I love this phone. I came from an iphone 2g, iphone 3g, blackberry bold & an iphone 3gs. I had 2 options, which were basically go get the iphone 4 or the htc evo. The htc evo were always sold out so I was about to get the iphone 4 but luckily, i checked sprint.com the night before and i saw they were in stock and just jumped at it.

    Heck Yes Will!

Sup man? I've had iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, BlackBerry Curve 8900, and then the iPhone 3GS. But you know what, I was getting a bit sick of dropping calls, delayed text messages, and terrible service all around from AT&T.

I made the switch to sprint and to the EVO and I couldn't be more happy.

Glad to hear you're having a great time with it as well - welcome buddy.

    Welcome!

If you can't convince them, confuse them.

I have actually not gotten much dropped calls or delayed text messages you speak of. Overall, my time with at&t wasn't too bad but i didn't know how fast the data speed of sprint was. It kills my iphone/at&t in speed test hands down. I was also tired of paying so much for the plan that i decided to jump on the EPRP discount from Sprint.

If only Sprint didn't charge the extra $10 "bs" plan, it'll be so much sweeter but i'm loving my phone and sprint.
