I've been a Photobucket user for years and today I downloaded their new app. If you have an account it is like having it on your phone.
You can change it but it comes set to automatically upload pictures as you take them. They go into your albums with a default name you can change or no name. Fully configurable.
You can download any of your photos or any other public photobucket photos and it can auto set them as wallpaper.
Lots of other great features too.
